Welcome to the first Art Class Session of 2026: The Collage Party!
Do you like being immortalized and are also wildly creative? Perfect. This two-day celebration of portraiture and imagination is a hands-on, low-pressure way to make something weirdly wonderful — and to take home both a story and a physical keepsake.
What to expect
Day 1 — Studio Portrait Session (30 minutes): Arrive ready to be you. Wear whatever makes you happy— gowns, armor, flowers, or your everyday magic. We’ll keep the setup simple: one black backdrop, one vibe. Think of this as capturing your raw material; the portrait is the seed we’ll grow in the next session.
Day 2 — Collage Party (Sunday, March 1st): Return to the studio to cut, paste, glue, and remix. Your portraits will be printed and waiting alongside magazines, papers, and playful odds-and-ends. Build a world around your image, alter reality, add flourishes, and collaborate if inspiration strikes. At the end of the session we’ll scan every piece and assemble a collective zine — every participant receives a copy.
