promise that prints will look EXACTLY as they appear on your monitor.

PRINTS and other MERCHANDISE:

Prints do not include Reproduction and Licensing Rights. For Reproduction and Licensing

inquiries, please email.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours and can take up to two weeks to ship.

Prints are sent directly to you via a print warehouse and I am subject to their working hours.

Pre-Orders:

Items listed as a Pre-Order will be available for purchase for two weeks before the buying

option is disabled and the product is sent into production. Most Pre-Ordered items require a two

week window to be produced and shipped to my studio. It is after that initial four week period I

will pack and ship the item promptly. If there is a delay in production for any reason, the

customer will be notified. If an order is placed containing readily available products

with a pre-order item please expect both products to be shipped together unless buyer contacts

me requesting otherwise.

Shipping:

Domestic customers will receive a tracking number by email as soon as their parcel ships.

Buyer is responsible for providing an additional shipping payment if items are retuned due to an

inaccurate shipping address or if the parcel is unclaimed and returned for any reason. If you

receive a delivery notification email but your parcel has not arrived, please contact the USPS

via usps.com

International Customers:

Packages may accumulate additional charges upon arrival into your country. Customs fees

and taxes vary depending on location and I cannot be held responsible for these fees. Upon

placing an order, the buyer will receive an email with a customs number. This number is non

trackable (although sometimes the system allows you to view it as if it were a tracking number.)

International shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Registered mail or other forms of

trackable/express mailing options are available upon request at an additional charge.

How Do I Book A Session?

You can find all my portrait sessions and booking information HERE. A partial payment of 30% confirms your day with me. The balance of

your session will be due on or before the day of your session by either cash or credit card. Unless a payments agreement over $400 has been agreed upon in advance.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

With each session there is a service agreement that we will enter. It is a standard agreement

that will protect both you and I should something happen outside of our control. Yes it is

mandatory, and no we can not waive it.

How Long Will My Session Take?

This depends on the session you chose. Anywhere from 30mins -6 hours. Please allow yourself

plenty of travel time to locations, as well as extra time for hair and makeup if you have that

planned for yourself. I will be in contact with you before your session. During which time we will

discuss location, your goals for the day, and how you envision your final images. My aim is to

tailor your session to your unique and individual wishes.

How Soon After Will I Receive My Images?

After your session I will spend hours working with your images. I will select only the best from

your day and then make them available to you online. There are no proof galleries, just magical

finished photos delivered right to your email. This can take up to 6 weeks. If you need them

sooner we can discuss the rush service charge. ***

I do not ever provide RAW or unedited images from the sessions.

The final images presented to you are chosen from my artistic

discretion and are the only images available to you. I understand that this may not meet the

needs of every client and if you are uncomfortable with this I suggest exploring other

professionals for your imagery needs.

Who Owns The Copyright to my Photos and How Can/Will They Be Used?

Courtney Brooke: LightWitch Photography owns the full copyright to all the photographs I take. I

may use the images to promote my business either in print, on my website, on social

media, promotional materials and possibly in public shows or published works. You may use

them for anything you’d like, in fact, I hope you do. However Should the images we create

together ever be published (magazine/newspaper/or any online forum such as

facebook/twitter/tumblr/instagram/blog/personal website etc) I ask that LightWitch or Courtney Brooke

Hall Photography must absolutely be credited. A link to my website or social media platform is

always greatly appreciated. This copyright/attribution policy is non-negotiable. There will be

contract and model release signed prior to your session. I will never share your personal

information in reference to your images without prior consent. And I will never use your image

inappropriately.

Can I Bring Someone With Me or Bring A Pet?

This is flexible and can be discussed on a case by case basis before your session.

What If I Have To Cancel My Session?

If you must reschedule, your reservation payment is good for 12 months and will be held to book

another date. Reservation payments are non-refundable and I encourage you to book another

date.

I understand that life happens, I will always try to make every attempt to re-schedule you as

soon as possible. However due to respect for my other clients, a maximum of 1 re-scheduled

session will be allowed. If A 2nd reschedule is needed you will be charged a new reservation

payment, and you will be required to pay the session balance in full no later than 2 weeks prior

to your next chosen session date.

Should your session get cancelled due to weather we will work together to re-schedule in the

next available slot.

***Cancelation with less than 24 hour notice with no reschedule for private shoots and one time

event shoots will result in the client being billed the balance of the session. I would always

prefer that you reschedule when possible and avoid this option. .

PLEASE NOTE: Session Fees, Reservation Payments, boudoir party sessions and any Sale

Sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE
