Solo Portrait Packages
I am excited to work with you and create an artistic photo experience just for you. For more than twenty years I have specialized in the darker side of beauty through a photographic lens. I would like to invite you to step out of the every day and into the world of imagination, the mystical and the fantastical. I firmly believe that not only does everyone deserve art in their life but they deserve to have art about them, of them and for them.
Each session type is designed to make it easy and simple to step into your fantasy. Each session type includes consultation, posing guidance, access to my prop catalog and a promised number of high resolution, professionally edited final images delivered to you electronically. Print collections are available for an additional investment.
For those looking to capture life’s moments through an esoteric lens, I am offering the following sessions for 2024.
Sessions are available in my home studio north of Boston or on location within the region.
A reservation payment of 30% confirms your session with me. The balance of your session will be due on or before the day of your session by either cash, paypal or credit card. (If you would like to use afterpay for your balance please let me know at time of booking)

The Mini Session (30mins)
$300
The most affordable way to step into frame. Even in the mini session you are welcome to choose a theme of your own idea that best suits you or we can build a concept together. This session is best for one look, one concept at one location.
Your session results in no fewer than 5 fully edited digitally delivered final images that you can print, share on social media or share with family.
Print packages are optional and available at an extra cost .

The Classic Session (1 hour)
(this is the most popular session)

This session is great for those looking to explore a theme or concept further, or those who have two looks they would like to explore in our 1 hour together. If you don't have a theme in mind but know you want that extra camera time, I am happy to help build a concept with you. This session is suited for one location only, but allows for two looks.
Your session will result in no fewer than 10 fully edited, digitally delivered images that you can have printed, use for social media or share with family.
Things like hair and makeup can be added to this package, they are extra (rates set and paid direct to artists and are not included and are subject to the availability of the artist). Should you like something special like an exclusive location, assistance with costuming or anything else just let me know in your intake form, I am happy to help.

The Dreamer Session(2 hours)
$900
A session for the dreamers, for those looking to immerse them selves in a theme or character. If you don't have one in mind but know you want that extra camera time, I am happy to help build a concept with you. This session allows for locations with an extensive hike. This session is perfect for multiple looks.
Your session will result in no fewer than 15 fully edited, digitally delivered images that you can use for social media or share with family. Two 5x7 signed prints of your session of your choice. As well as a short behind the scene video.
Things like hair and makeup can be added to this package, they are extra (rates set and paid direct to artists and are not included and are subject to the availability of the artist). Should you like something special like an exclusive location, assistance with costuming or anything else just let me know in your intake form, I am happy to help.

The Goddess Adventure (Half Day)
$1,800
Step out of the everyday and into the world of your imagination, the mystical and fantastical. This is an exclusive creative experience.
This adventure offers you a chance to connect with your most magical self, to channel who you are, who you want to become, to manifest that vision in to a lasting piece of art. This adventure allows you to be express yourself with out limitations or inhibitions. A way to re-imagine yourself, or to remind yourself what is already inside, to bring the goddess in you forward.
With some collaborative planning, we can manifest your wildest dreams.
From the very start, we will conjure up your creative side, I will be asking you lots of questions, offer you some visual inspiration and be there to support you on this journey. This is a crucial part of creative adventure together to get all the elements in their right place. If you are not sure what your visual dream is just yet? Don't worry I am here to help.
The option for a hair and makeup team is available to help you reflect your inner goddess to the world.
Your adventure will be guided with detailed posing suggestions and support to ensure that we are creating art that matches your vision.
This adventure can take a good part of a day (4 or more hours) so plan accordingly.
The result will be stunning photographs of you, the goddess on earth. A collection of no fewer than 20 masterfully edited images. Behind the scene video footage. As well as a gift of four 8x10 Archival prints and a USB gift box.
Preparations will include guidance with costuming, adornments, and the perfect location I will help guide you on this exciting adventure to help you be prepared and pampered when your big day arrives. So should you use your own wardrobe, a friends, or shop for something new(costume resources are available) I will help you make sure you reflect whats in your imagination perfectly.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
With each session there is a service agreement that we will enter. It is a standard agreement
that will protect both you and I should something happen outside of our control. Yes it is
mandatory, and no we can not waive it.
How Long Will My Session Take?
This depends on the session you chose. Anywhere from 30mins -6 hours. Please allow yourself
plenty of travel time to locations, as well as extra time for hair and makeup if you have that
planned for yourself. I will be in contact with you before your session. During which time we will
discuss location, your goals for the day, and how you envision your final images. My aim is to
tailor your session to your unique and individual wishes.
How Soon After Will I Receive My Images?
After your session I will spend hours working with your images. I will select only the best from
your day and then make them available to you online. There are no proof galleries, just magical
finished photos delivered right to your email. This can take up to 10 weeks. If you need them
sooner we can discuss the rush service charge. ***
I do not ever provide RAW or unedited images from the sessions.
The final images presented to you are chosen from my artistic
discretion and are the only images available to you. I understand that this may not meet the
needs of every client and if you are uncomfortable with this I suggest exploring other
professionals for your imagery needs.
Who Owns The Copyright to my Photos and How Can/Will They Be Used?
Courtney Brooke: LightWitch Photography owns the full copyright to all the photographs I take. I
may use the images to promote my business either in print, on my website, on social
media, promotional materials and possibly in public shows or published works. You may use
them for anything you’d like, in fact, I hope you do. However Should the images we create
together ever be published (magazine/newspaper/or any online forum such as
facebook/twitter/tumblr/instagram/blog/personal website etc) I ask that LightWitch or Courtney Brooke
Hall Photography must absolutely be credited. A link to my website or social media platform is
always greatly appreciated. This copyright/attribution policy is non-negotiable. There will be
contract and model release signed prior to your session. I will never share your personal
information in reference to your images without prior consent. And I will never use your image
inappropriately.
Can I Bring Someone With Me or Bring A Pet?
This is flexible and can be discussed on a case by case basis before your session.
What If I Have To Cancel My Session?
If you must reschedule, your reservation payment is good for 12 months and will be held to book
another date. Reservation payments are non-refundable and I encourage you to book another
date.
I understand that life happens, I will always try to make every attempt to re-schedule you as
soon as possible. However due to respect for my other clients, a maximum of 1 re-scheduled
session will be allowed. If A 2nd reschedule is needed you will be charged a new reservation
payment, and you will be required to pay the session balance in full no later than 2 weeks prior
to your next chosen session date.
Should your session get cancelled due to weather we will work together to re-schedule in the
next available slot.
***Cancelation with less than 24 hour notice with no reschedule for private shoots and one time
event shoots will result in the client being billed the balance of the session. I would always
prefer that you reschedule when possible and avoid this option. .
PLEASE NOTE: Session Fees, Reservation Payments, boudoir party sessions and any Sale
Sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE
